Dartmouth Health Home Care is seeking a Maternal Child Health Nurse to join our per diem daytime team serving the Upper Valley area on site. You will manage a caseload of antenatal, postpartum, newborn, and pediatric home care patients, coordinating with physicians, families, and the broader care team.
The role emphasizes family-centered, developmentally appropriate care with oversight of LPNs/LNAs, and ongoing plan reviews. Must hold RN licensure in VT/NH and meet BLS requirements.
