The pay for this position is $44,850-$58,908.9150 annually.

$500.00 sign on bonus

The Case Manager coordinates, plans and implements services to support children and families in accomplishing their treatment goals, including skill building, advocacy, and resource connection.

• An Associate’s Degree and two years experience and/or Bachelor’s Degree.
• The ability to establish and maintain supportive relationships with children, youth and families.
• Knowledge on how to provide holistic and therapeutic case management services.
• Experience working in the mental health field.
