Community Outreach Specialist

As a Community Outreach Specialist, you will develop engaging interventions and activities to support children and youth living with mental health, emotional, and/or behavioral challenges. HCRS offers strong supervision and robust training to ensure staff have what they need to be successful, engaged, and confident.
Compensation& Benefits
$500 Sign On Bonus
Pay: $20-23.44 per hour
Paid Time Off: 4 weeks (pro‑rated), 12 sick days, 9 holidays per year
ResponsibilitiesDevelop engaging interventions and activities for children and youth with mental health and behavioral challenges.
Collaborate with families, staff, and community partners to deliver person‑centered services.
Qualifications- Education and/or experience working with children and families.
- Flexibility, positive attitude, strong organizational and customer‑service skills.
- Desire to be part of an energetic team.
- Ability to collaborate with persons served, their families, and colleagues in a team environment.
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and be available after school until 6 p.m.
