Day to Day Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of 3-4 staff
* Lead month-end and year-end close process, ensuring timely reconciliations of all accounts, (balance sheet, income statement, multiple banks, etc.)
* Hands-on - "Lead by Example" complex account reconciliations, including cash, payroll accruals, and other treasury-related accounts
* Manage external audits with the CPA firm
* Manage and resolve discrepancies in financial records, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
* Support process controls and efficiency initiatives
* Work with internal teams to ensure financial controls and compliance
* Assist with audit and tax preparation and provide supporting documents to external auditors Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting
* 10+ years of accounting experience with current staff supervision
* SALT Tax and Sales and Use tax exposure
* Multi-entity accounting and reconciliation experience
