Are you a skilled Manufacturing Engineer with a background in die casting, sheet metal, or related manufacturing processes? We’re seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to join a growing engineering team that plays a critical role in driving process improvements, managing complex projects, and supporting high-demand customer industries such as automotive, aerospace, defense, and medical.
What You’ll Do- Manage production part number projects for ECNs and transfers, overseeing tooling, fixtures, gauging, routings, dimensional approvals, and profitability.
- Lead intermediate-to-complex manufacturing projects, including part redesigns, mold setups, secondary operations, and sub-assemblies.
- Partner directly with customers to support technical needs, quality requirements, and timely project execution.
- Develop and improve manufacturing methods through sampling, process feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Apply knowledge of die casting, sheet metal, or related processes to enhance operational performance and support production efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in engineering, quality, and operations to resolve issues and drive solutions.
- Create and support customer quality documentation, addressing gaps and supporting complaint resolution.
- Contribute to company-wide advancement projects and participate as a key technical resource during urgent production challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 3–5+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience in die casting, sheet metal, foundry, or other related manufacturing.
- Proven success in managing multiple projects in fast-paced, customer-driven environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing methods, tooling, gauging, and process development.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience in automotive, aerospace, defense, or medical industries is a plus.
- Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr
