Comprehensive benefits package The role of Estimator Bespoke Joinery & Woodwork includes:
Estimator position dealing with a range of woodwork and joinery projects for the fit-out sector Whilst primarily an Estimator position, the successful candidate will also support procurement and operational activities, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects from enquiry through to completion. Interpreting technical drawings, generating & following up quotations Negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers Producing formal quotations to customers Taking details from drawings to produce BOQs allowing for a timely return of quotations for customer deadlines Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database Contacting customers dealing with queries and providing additional technical information Establish and maintain relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers The ideal applicant will be an Estimator Bespoke Joinery & Woodwork with Must have Estimating experience within the Woodworking or Joinery sector Highly advantageous to have previous experience on retail fit-out projects Organised with good attention to detail Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Full UK driving license Computer literate (Microsoft Office) Ability to work in a fast paced environment Good team player who also works well individually Mitchell Maguire is a specialist Construction Recruitment Consultancy, dealing exclusively with Construction Jobs, Construction vacancies and Specification positions within:
