CRM Executive

About the role The role of CRM Executive is to help create seamless customer journeys that keep members engaged, connected and coming back for more. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining creativity, organisation and data to deliver communications that make a real difference. Sitting at the heart of our customer retention activity, this role plays a key part in ensuring every customer receives the right message at the right moment, from their first interaction through to becoming a loyal advocate of our venues.

From building and scheduling email, SMS and CRM campaigns to supporting onboarding journeys, renewals and win-back activity, this role helps bring our membership and lifecycle programmes to life. Every communication has a purpose: welcoming new members, strengthening engagement, encouraging repeat visits and helping customers get the most from their BGL experience. Success comes from balancing attention to detail with a genuine curiosity about customer behaviour.

Whether quality-checking campaigns before launch, monitoring engagement and retention metrics, or identifying opportunities to improve customer journeys, this role is all about turning insight into action. Maintaining accurate customer data and ensuring campaigns are delivered to the highest standard will be just as important as creating engaging communications. Working closely with colleagues across marketing, technology, brand and agency partners, the role helps ensure campaigns are built, delivered and optimised effectively.
