Daily rate: £94 - £105 depending on experience
Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants (TAs) within secondary schools starting in September and on and ongoing basis.
The Role
Deliver targeted 1:1 and small group interventions to support student progress
Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
Help create a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment
Support classroom management and contribute to a focused learning atmosphere
Who We’re Looking For
Experience working as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, or in a similar educational support role.
A genuine interest in working with young people and pursuing a career in education
An understanding of SEND needs (such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or speech and language) is highly desirable
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one, as well as satisfactory background checks

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
