• Hold a DfE approved full and relevant Early Years qualification that meets the requirements for working in ratio in the Early Years Foundation Stage
• Have secure numeracy and literacy skills with GCSE English & Maths at grade 4 or above (or equivalent)
• Have high expectations of learning and behaviour and inspire and motivate our children.
• Be supportive, nurturing and understanding with high expectations.
