Pay: £538.55 – £575.00 per week
Hours: Monday – Friday | Full-time / Part-time
Start Date: After Easter

Milk Education is seeking a motivated and caring Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Hartlepool.

This is a fantastic opportunity for both aspiring and experienced Teaching Assistants to support children at a key stage in their development, within a nurturing and inclusive Early Years setting.

• Support pupils within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), including children with SEND
• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging, play-based learning activities
• Help create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
• Prepare learning resources and support daily classroom routines
• Encourage positive behaviour and support pupil engagement

• Relevant qualification (e.g. CACHE Level 2/3, NVQ, or equivalent)
• Experience working with young children (school or nursery setting)
• Confidence supporting children with additional needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
