Teaching Assistant

Are you an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant? Looking for a new challenge in a Secondary school? Available to work full time, 5 days a week between the hours of #removed#? Empowering Learning urgently requires experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistants to work in schools across the Hartlepool area.

• Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Support students with their learning through one-on-one assistance and small group interventions.
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Promote the social and emotional development of students, fostering their confidence and independence.
• Assist with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
• Collaborate with teaching staff and other support staff to meet the individual needs of students.
• Contribute to the planning and preparation of teaching resources and materials.

• Relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (Level
  3).
• Experience in working within a Primary School setting.
• Thorough understanding of the curriculum and learning objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Caring and compassionate approach towards students.
• Strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
