English Teacher - Hartlepool

From KS3 creative writing to GCSE exam preparation, you'll help students discover the power of language while building confidence in reading, writing and speaking. What you'll be doing:
  • Delivering engaging English lessons across KS3 and KS4
  • Supporting students with exam preparation and coursework
  • Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment
  • Working collaboratively with established English departments
What we're looking for:
  • UK QTS qualification
  • Experience teaching English in a secondary school setting
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • A creative, thoughtful approach to lesson planning and delivery

Pay rates dependent on experience and qualifications.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
