The Senior Care Assistant Role As a Senior Care Assistant your role will be to assist in the senior management to assess peoples support needs and work with people we support to initiate and develop new ideas and methods regarding the quality of service.

The Ideal Candidate Supporting adults with learning disabilities. Have a minimum of a Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or working towards this. Able to motivate and manage a team. Full UK Driving Licence Don't meet every single requirement?
