Field Services Support Operations Specialist

Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for a Field Services Support Operations Specialist on a 12 month contract located in Hartlepool.

This role falls INSIDE IR35

Role Summary

The Field Services Support Operations Specialist provides logistical and technical assistance to field teams, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Support administrative and tactical readiness for technicians deploying to offshore wind projects.

This role ensures that technicians have the resources they need (i.e. computers, PPE, etc.) to effectively deploy to our project sites.

Support the Resource Management Leader in building deployment schedules and communicate schedules to technicians and site operations leaders.

Manage and maintain documentation and systems that support resource deployment

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools is required.

* Experience in offshore wind is preferred.

* Prior experience coordinating resource deployment or relevant scheduling activities
