Position: Contracts Supervisor (Contract)
Location: Hart

I’d be keen to see applications from anyone with experience in supervising trade operatives, whether you’ve previously worked as a Site Manager, Repairs Supervisor, Contracts Supervisor, Trades Team Leader, Foreman or Multi
- Trade Operative.

As a Contracts Supervisor you will be:

Supervising a day to day repairs contract
Overseeing a small team of Multi-Traders
Monitoring Health and Safety, and quality of work
Leading regular 1 to 1s and performance reviews with team members
Collaborate with other team members, managers, and clients to provide an efficient repairs service
I’d love to speak to anyone who has:

A full UK driving licence
A background in multiple trades and property maintenance
Experience working within social housing or similar environments
