Role Overview:
We are looking for a reliable Extrusion Operative to join our plastics recycling operation. The role involves running and monitoring extrusion machinery to produce high-quality recycled plastic materials while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor plastic extrusion lines
• Set up machines and adjust settings to maintain product quality
• Carry out routine checks, basic maintenance, and cleaning of equipment
• Identify and report faults, defects, or process issues
• Follow health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times
• Record production data and complete basic documentation
• Work as part of a team to meet production targets

Requirements:

• Previous experience in extrusion, plastics, or manufacturing
• Good attention to detail and a strong focus on quality
• Ability to work shifts and in a fast-paced environment
• Basic mechanical awareness
• Commitment to health and safety
