Full job description

DLI Engineering are looking to recruit an experienced
CNC Miller
to join their Team of Precision Engineers in Trimdon, Co Durham who manufacture parts for the Oil, Gas & Aerospace Industries.
We are investing in New Machinery and have a new Management Team overseeing the Shop Floor

As part of a successful team this role requires the candidate to have
experience
of:

• Programming and Setting Mazak or Haas machines
  for one off components using
  Mazatrol &
  ISO
  programming
• The ability to machine a variety of exotic materials including Inconel, Super Duplex, Titanium etc.
• Experience machining medium to large components supplied to the Oil, Gas and Aerospace Industry Standards

It is
essential
that the applicant have
experience
of:

• Programming using Fanuc or Mazatrol high precision controls
• Machining to tight tolerances
• Reading and interpret engineering drawings
• Time served Engineer

As most of the work is bespoke and a high percentage one offs and small batch runs, this is an
interesting
and
varied
position working with your "Buddy" on the opposite shift. This position requires a strong
Team Player
who will share knowledge and experience.

There are various shift patterns 6am till 2pm, 2pm till 10pm with an opportunity of overtime as required.
