Shift: Rotating 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm A leading manufacturing business based in Littleborough is currently recruiting for an experienced Injection Moulding Setter / Supervisor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Injection Moulding professional looking to take ownership of production performance, quality, and team leadership within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Injection Moulding Setter / Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing shift operations, ensuring production targets are achieved safely and efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Skills Required for the Injection Moulding Setter / Supervisor:
Previous experience as an Injection Moulding Setter, Technician or Supervisor Strong knowledge of injection moulding processes and tooling changes Experience leading or supervising production teams within a manufacturing environment Understanding of Health & Safety procedures and best practices Ability to troubleshoot process and machine issues effectively Experience monitoring quality standards and reducing scrap levels Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to complete production reports and manufacturing documentation accurately The Injection Moulding Setter / Supervisor will benefit from:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of Health & Safety throughout the shift Review and optimise moulding processes to maximise production efficiency Update production monitoring systems with downtime, changeovers and production data Monitor and reduce scrap levels through effective corrective actions Carry out quality spot checks and ensure production standards are maintained Complete tool changes safely and accurately with all associated documentation Produce and maintain first-off and last-off samples for every production run Maintain high housekeeping and hygiene standards across the department Ensure operators are fully trained and signed off on relevant SOPs and quality requirements Support engineering teams during breakdowns and maintenance activities Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production operations Complete shift reports detailing performance, downtime, tool changes and production issues If you are an experienced Injection Moulding Setter or Supervisor looking for your next challenge, please apply now to be considered for this exciting opportunity.
