Wellfield School in Wingate is seeking a caring Student Support Mentor to help Children in Care achieve positive educational, social and emotional outcomes within a safeguarding‑focused environment.
You will work with the Safeguarding Officer, coordinate Personal Education Plans (PEPs), attend multi‑agency meetings, deliver one‑to‑one and small group interventions, monitor progress and attendance, and build strong relationships with students, families and professionals.
