The Staff Development Trainer is responsible for researching, implementing, monitoring and maintaining all aspects of employee training for each position in the program. This position is also responsible for analysis of data and relating this information to Regional Directors in order to contribute to the continuous development of staff improvement in the quality of services provided by the Organization.
Know HowThe position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, demonstrated knowledge in the field of adult training and program requirements. Must be eligible for QDDP on call as needed. A high level of skill in human relations and effective communication is required. A background in computer operations is needed. the ability to work without direct supervision, and knowledge of general office procedures.
ResponsibilitiesAbility to read, analyze, and interpret, common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups and/or employees.
