Wage: $24.33 per hour

Shift: 4:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., Monday to Thursday, with overtime on Friday

The roles performed include MIG welding mild steel to form the finished product. Sheet material ranges from 16GA to ¼” thick, occasional ¾” plate. Flat bar ranges from 3/16” to 1½ thick, 3” I‑Beam at 7.5 pounds per foot, and structural tubing ranges from 1¼” square to 3” × 4” rectangle. Fitting and forming parts for welding are required in certain jobs.

Inspection and grinding are also required. Ability to lift 30–50 pounds is required. Product produced can be viewed at

• Works in accordance with safety and quality standards
• Collaborates with all functions within the plant (safety, quality, maintenance & management)
• Maintains general housekeeping (5S) of work area and department
• Performs MIG welding with .045 wire and executes fillet and butt joints
• Reads drawings and route sheets to determine proper job requirements
• Is trained on multiple jobs and weld positions; demonstrates flexibility in job assignments

• You have at least 2 years experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment and robotic welding experience

• You can lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
