WhatYou’ll Do
- Professionally and confidently represent our business.
- Engage prospects and offer free inspections to generate leads.
- Educate homeowners on storm damage and the insurance claims process.
- Serve as the point of contact throughout the project to ensure customer satisfaction at every step.
- Collaborate with our internal support team to ensure seamless service and efficient project completion.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills.
- Positive attitude with a hustler’s mentality.
- Self‑motivated and hard‑working mindset.
- Willingness to learn more and receive coaching.
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift equipment, and access rooftops.
- Comfort with working outdoors and walking around neighborhoods.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Sales experience preferred but not required.
