Summary:We are looking to fill a Retail Operations Manager position in Hartsville, SC. We are looking for professionals who can thrive in a high volume, fast‑paced manufactured home dealership, and will be responsible for general office management, invoicing, billbacks and more. Necessary industry specific training will be provided, if needed. Business is booming! Bilingual is a plus, but not a necessity.
Compensation/Benefits:We offer competitive Salary + Bonus (potential 42K+/year), vacation, full benefits, company matched 401K (50%), and opportunities for growth.
Essential Duties /Skills:
- Office Management experience
- Invoicing and Bookkeeping experience (required)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word
- Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize
- Excellent organization
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
