The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor's main goal is to create a memorable shopping experience. We seek passionate beauty lovers eager to assist customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails. Sally Beauty provides extensive training to help you succeed. Bring your passion and personality—we'll handle the rest!
Your Role at Sally Beauty- Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
- Recommend additional and complementary products.
- Inform customers of current promotions and events.
- Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
- Ensure customers are enrolled in our Loyalty program.
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
- Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values.
- The team is creative, fun, and passionate about beauty.

- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder, with or without accommodations.
- Exposure to fumes and odors occasionally.
- Long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items.
- Working around moving parts, carts, machines, and exposure to irritant chemicals may occur.
