OneStream Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
** One Stream Architect
** to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise performance management (EPM) solutions to optimize the full potential of One Stream’s unified financial platform. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial consolidation, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes and will serve as a technical and functional expert in the design and implementation of One Stream solutions that align with business objectives.

This position can be based in Hartsville, SC or Charlotte, NC with a hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.

* Key Responsibilities:

**** Solution Design & Architecture:
*** Design scalable and robust One Stream solutions to meet business requirements.
* Develop architecture strategies for financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting using One Stream XF.
* Collaborate with key subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical and functional specifications.
* Ensure the alignment of solutions with organizational goals as well as compliance and control standards.
** Implementation & Development:
*** Lead the end-to-end implementation of One Stream projects, including system configuration, customization, and integration with other enterprise systems.
* Develop complex business rules, workflows, and dashboards in One Stream to optimize financial processes.
* Create and maintain data models, dimensions, and hierarchies within the platform.
** Leadership &

Collaboration:

*** Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for One Stream and provide guidance to development teams and business stakeholders.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and adoption of solutions.
* Mentor junior team members and provide technical training on One Stream features and best practices.
* Maintain a knowledge base of One Stream’s development roadmap and give guidance to Finance and IT leadership on planned technology features that may offer added value.
** Testing & Support:
*** Conduct system testing, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
* Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization for One Stream applications.
* Monitor system performance and ensure timely resolution of issues.

* Education:

** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field,
* *
* Experience:

**  + Minimum [6  years] of experience in designing and implementing One Stream XF solutions. A track record of several successful implementations is essential.  + Strong knowledge of financial processes, including consolidation, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
* Proficiency in One Stream XF platform, including configuration, business rules, workflows, and dashboards.
* Experience with relational databases and SQL.
* Familiarity with integration tools and techniques, such as APIs and ETL processes.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
** Preferred

Qualifications & Skills:

*** One Stream Architect certification is highly desirable.
* Professional designation in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology or Project Management is a plus
* Experience with other EPM tools (e.g., Hyperion, SAP BPC, or Anaplan).
* Advanced data manipulation skills using Excel, SQL, and Visual Basic Knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS, or GAAP.
* Experience / Knowledge of SDLC, SOX and IT General Control / compliance requirements
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Strong presentation skills
