• Lead and align all departments to deliver high-quality products on schedule
• Oversee engineering and quoting processes, ensuring accuracy and responsiveness
• Manage production schedules, material flow, and large-scale projects
• Maintain safety and compliance standards across all operations
• Foster customer relationships through strong communication and problem-solving
• Drive efficiency and profitability using ERP and data‑driven insights

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field
• 10+ years in operations or manufacturing leadership
• 10+ years of CNC fabrication or job shop experience
• Strong technical aptitude — able to read prints and understand engineering documentation
• Integrity, urgency, and a collaborative leadership style that earns trust and respect
