Associate Pastor of Youth:
Mt. Elon Baptist Church
The Associate Pastor of Youth will work closely with parents, volunteers, and ministry teams to create a Christ-centered environment that fosters growth, discipleship, and strong relationships with both youth and families. We have just finished a building project and moved into our new family life center in August of 2025.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with parents, volunteers, and ministry teams to create a Christ-centered environment that supports youth growth and discipleship.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive youth ministry plan (grades 6–12) and oversee related activities and programs.
- Foster strong relationships with youth and their families, promoting spiritual development and community engagement.
- Coordinate with Recreation Ministry activities (20% focus) and integrate youth programming with broader church initiatives.
- Provide pastoral care, mentorship, and leadership development for youth leaders and volunteers.
Mt. Elon Baptist Church is seeking a visionary who will serve as a key leader in overseeing and nurturing the spiritual growth of youth n Baptist Church. This role is designed with a focus on two primary areas: 80% of the role will be dedicated to Youth Ministry (6th-12th grade), and 20% will be focused on Recreation Ministry.
