Up to $20k sign on bonus!

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate and manage patient care
• Perform triage assessments to determine the priority of patient needs
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical history
• Assist with medical procedures and emergency interventions
  
  Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques
• Participate in discharge planning and ensure smooth transitions of care

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of SC
• Minimum of 2 years of Med Surg experience
• Strong knowledge of emergency medical procedures and protocols
• Proficient in triage assessments and prioritizing patient needs
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-stress situations
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with healthcare teams and educate patients
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required;
  Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
