Community health organization operating across the Pee Dee region of South Carolina Runs a mobile health initiative providing care via fully equipped medical exam units staffed with a nurse practitioner, LPN, and medical assistant Serves thousands of students across 57+ schools each year Follows core service standards of integrity, collaboration, excellence, and fairness Close collaboration with outside facilities for referral services when needed

Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (Mobile ROADS) Full-time, Monday–Friday, typically 7:30 AM–4:00 PM Works on mobile medical units serving students in rural schools during the school year When school is not in session, works at one of the organization's medical offices Provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation/monitoring for patients of all ages May perform specialty services after additional training, credentialing, and certification Collaborates closely with clinical and other staff to improve patient care and outcomes Participates in training, team meetings, and huddles Works across Lee, Darlington, Chesterfield, Marlboro, and Dillon counties

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing, or Master's in Physician Assistant Sciences from an accredited program
• Licensed as an APRN or PA in South Carolina
• National certification (nurse practitioner certifying body, or NCCPA for PAs)
• Minimum 2 years of experience strongly preferred
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) required
