Operate a commercial motor vehicle in a safe and efficient manner;
Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies;

Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers;
Provide outstanding customer service;
Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance;
Report any issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel;
Plan and execute efficient routes to ensure timely delivery of goods;
Maintain accurate records and logs according to DOT regulations.
