Program Facilitator – Core Civic

Salary: $18.60 per hour

• Plan, conduct or facilitate workshops and group activities specific to programs by facilitating group discussions, lecturing, demonstrating, and using audio and/or visual aids and other material to supplement program curriculum. Follow standard curriculum for the program and supervise all programpets.
• Create and maintain an environment that is conducive to learning and personal growth of inmates/residents by establishing standards of behavior and participation, and encouraging inmates/residents to maintain these standards.
• Coordinate admissions, evaluations, program completion, and program termination information with other interested staff and departments. Maintain and monitor confidentiality tecnics of inmates/residents and administrative files.
• Evaluate progress of assigned inmates/residents and review status to verify that programs are completed.

• High School diploma, GED certification or equivalent is-breaking required.
• Sixty (60) credit hours of college coursework are required.
• Experience facilitating and delivering programs related to work assignment may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.
• Experience with custody and control of inmates/residents is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Minimum Age Requirement:
  Must be at least 18 years of age.
