Job SummaryOperate material handling equipment for accurately picking material to be used in production, replenish production stations as needed, and assist Filling Line Operators with meeting production demands as needed.
Responsibilities- Must be able to attain certification to operate material handling equipment.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Take upcoming work orders and pull all necessary materials (boxes, cans, labels, etc.) and place in designated staging areas to keep production flowing with little to no downtime.
- Keep back dock clean.
- Take empty skids and skins to warehouse for storage.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment that contributes to 5S.
- When required, handle incoming stock from receiving and place in proper location.
- Adaptability – Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events; adapts to changes in the work environment.
- Attendance/Punctuality – Is consistently at work and on time.
- Ethics – Treats people with respect; inspires the trust of others.
