Community Health Partnership of Illinois is a non-profit organization providing primary health care to migrant farm workers and underserved populations across northern and central Illinois. We focus on delivering quality, culturally responsive health services including medical, dental, and behavioral health.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Bilingual Spanish/English required
Licenses & Certifications:
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- CPR certification within 90 days of employment
- Annual OSHA/HIPAA training
- Annual TB test, Hepatitis B vaccination or waiver, flu and COVID vaccinations or waivers as per CHP protocols
