• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1–2 years of Long‑Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience (preferred)
• Strong clinical, organizational, and leadership skills
• BLS certification required
• Ability to manage multiple residents and priorities effectively
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with geriatric and chronic care populations
  • Knowledge of MDS documentation and care planning processes

• Assess resident health status and monitor changes in condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as ordered
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams
• Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs and CNAs as appropriate
• Document nursing care accurately and in a timely manner
• Educate residents and families on care plans and health management
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
