Job Title: Quality Manager

Leads administration of quality, process, and business improvement efforts. Interacts with customers and suppliers on quality and performance issues. May have direct reports to implement some aspects of the policies and procedures within the quality function.

Leads quality, process, and business improvement initiatives. Ensures compliance with quality standards and fosters a safety culture. Manages a team, audits facilities, and collaborates with customers to resolve quality issues.

• Champion a safety culture and ensure a safe work environment.
• Set goals for team members and assist in their achievement.
• Audit facility for GMP compliance and maintain adherence to corporate quality standards.
• Ensure testing standards and equipment provide reliable results.
• Lead problem-solving and process improvement initiatives.
• Train and mentor technicians and peers in Quality tools (SPC, DOE, Control Plans, etc.).
• Establish plant audit standards, procedures, and equipment.
• Measure and analyze product quality.
• Visit customer sites to understand their processes and resolve quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and standards (AIB, IMS, etc.).
• Maintain calibrated testing laboratory equipment.
• Support successful new product launches with clear specifications and process capabilities.
• Analyze systems for continuous improvement.
• Participate in hiring and employment decisions.
• Develop staff skills and maintain training documentation.

Qualifications:

3-5 Years Quality Experience

Targeted Pay Range: $74,500.00 - $92,000.00
