Tara Vista Behavioral Health in Devens, Massachusetts, is seeking an Adolescent Mental Health Counselor for a part-time 24-hour evening shift (3:00pm–11:30pm) with every other weekend and holiday rotation. You will join a multidisciplinary team delivering direct patient and family care on an inpatient unit.
You will maintain a safe milieu, monitor patients, de‑escalate crises, and support ADLs while following treatment plans.
