Provide direct patient care within inpatient behavioral health units, supporting adults, adolescents, and children. Maintain a safe therapeutic environment by conducting safety checks, monitoring patients, assisting with activities of daily living, de-escalating crises, and supporting patients' progress. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, develop therapeutic relationships, and facilitate patient groups.

• Conducting patient observations and rounds
• Supporting staff with patient care per treatment plans
• Monitoring patient progress and reporting observations
• Assisting with daily living activities and safety monitoring
• Completing documentation in EMR systems
• Processing admissions belongings
• Working collaboratively with team members

• High School Diploma required;
  Bachelor's in psychology or human services preferred
• Experience as PCT/PCA, CNA, or Medical Assistant required;
  Bachelor's degree may substitute experience
• Effective communication skills and ability to build therapeutic relationships
• Experience in psychiatric or substance inpatient settings, de-escalation, and crisis intervention preferred
