Registered Nurse; RN; Per Diem

This role involves providing direct and indirect patient care within a multidisciplinary behavioral health team. Responsibilities include assessing patients' physical and psychological conditions, developing and implementing treatment plans, and maintaining a safe therapeutic environment grounded in core values. Collaboration with team members and contribution to patient goals are essential.

• Valid RN license in Massachusetts, with a preferred BSN
• Knowledge of behavioral health and substance use disorder treatments
• Understanding of Trauma-Informed Recovery model
• Valid CPR certification
• Experience in psychiatric or substance use inpatient care, crisis intervention, and restraint reduction is preferred
• Strong crisis and time management skills, flexibility, creativity, and professionalism in stressful situations

Expected shifts involve patient care responsibilities, with specific commitments to weekend, holiday, and seasonal shifts. Compensation is based on experience, within a range of $43.99 to $57.68 per hour.
