Registered Nurse; RN; Adult Inpatient Behavioral Health

This role involves providing direct and indirect patient care within a multidisciplinary treatment team at a behavioral health center. Responsibilities include assessing patients' physical and psychological conditions, developing and implementing treatment plans, and maintaining a safe therapeutic environment grounded in core values. The RN collaborates with team members to create personalized goals and interventions, ensuring holistic patient support.

• Valid RN license in Massachusetts; BSN preferred
• Knowledge of behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment modalities
• Understanding of Trauma-Informed Recovery model of care
• Valid CPR certification
• Experience in psychiatric or substance use disorder inpatient settings, crisis intervention, restraint reduction, and de-escalation preferred
• Strong crisis and time management skills, flexibility, creativity, and professionalism in stressful situations

• Participate actively in patient care and team collaboration
• Continuously assess and monitor patient conditions
• Contribute to treatment planning based on patient strengths and needs
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment aligned with organizational values
