You will provide direct and indirect care to patients, families, and legal guardians, assessing physical and psychological conditions throughout the continuum of care.
Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and documenting treatment plans based on patient strengths and psychiatric needs, while maintaining a safe therapeutic environment

Candidates should possess a valid RN license in Massachusetts (BSN preferred), with knowledge of behavioral health, substance use disorders, and trauma-informed care
.
Required skills include crisis management, de-escalation, time management, and the ability to handle stressful situations professionally and calmly. Previous experience in psychiatric or substance use inpatient settings is preferred.

Compensation ranges from $43.99 to $57.68, based on experience.
