Join us as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide essential care within a multidisciplinary treatment team.
Key Responsibilities Include- Providing direct care to patients requiring psychiatric, emotional, and substance use treatment
- Supporting patients and their families while maintaining a safe therapeutic environment
- Working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver quality care
- Supporting team efforts to foster patient recovery and well-being
- Current LPN licensure in Massachusetts
- CPR certification
- Knowledge of behavioral health and substance use disorder treatments
- Ability to build therapeutic relationships while maintaining professional boundaries
- Preferred experience in psychiatric or substance use disorder inpatient care, crisis intervention, and restraint reduction
