Registered Nurse; RN; Child Inpatient Behavioral Health

• Providing direct and indirect care to patients, families, and legal guardians
• Assessing patients' physical and psychological conditions continuously
• Utilizing the nursing process in alignment with the center's philosophy and core principles
• Maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment grounded in core values
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop, implement, and document treatment plans based on patient strengths and psychiatric needs

• Valid RN license in Massachusetts; BSN preferred
• Knowledge of behavioral health and substance use disorder treatments
• Understanding of Trauma-Informed Recovery model of care
• Valid CPR certification
• Experience in psychiatric or substance use inpatient settings, restraint reduction, de-escalation, and crisis intervention preferred
• Strong crisis and time management skills, flexibility, creativity, and ability to manage stressful situations professionally

Compensation: $43.99 - $57.68, based on experience.
