Manager, Cell Therapy Manufacturing in Devens, MA

Role:
Manager, Cell Therapy Manufacturing, overseeing 24/7 GMP-compliant manufacturing of clinical and commercial cell therapy products.

Responsibilities include developing and ensuring adherence to manufacturing documentation and policies, managing daily operations, maintaining compliant and safe environments, leading investigations and CAPAs, fostering a culture of safety and teamwork, coordinating cross-functional communication, supervising operators in GMP processes such as media prep, cell processing, and fill operations, and mentoring staff.

Qualifications:

Bachelors in science or engineering; 5+ years of experience in cGMP bioprocessing or cell therapy manufacturing; experience with cell therapy techniques, aseptic processing, and GMP compliance preferred.

High-value specifics: cell therapy modality, clinical and commercial stages, 24/7 shift work including holidays and weekends, with exposure to blood components and clean room environments.
