Johnson Controls Federal Systems (JCFS) is seeking a Foreman (Union) to support the Fort Devens, MA military base. The role leads a team of field mechanics, interacts with customers, and helps quote and schedule projects focused on HVAC and controls.
Requirements include 5+ years in HVAC troubleshooting, a valid driver's license, and strong communication. Security clearance eligibility is required;
DoD clearance is preferred. This is a bargaining unit position with union benefits.
