A Typical Day

As a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist, you will focus on wowing clients now and in the future, helping others and building client relationships that grow stronger each year.

Preferred Qualifications
  • High‑school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
  • Sales/marketing experience
Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
  • Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs
  • Schedule clients according to their preferences
  • Ensure all client needs are met during service, both in person, over the phone or virtually
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
  • Previous experience in a customer‑service environment
  • Ability to multi‑task
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Computer‑proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office
