We are seeking a dedicated Entry Level Assistant Project Coordinator with at least 6 months of mechanical experience, graduated from a technical/mechanical program, or at least 6 months of experience performing project coordination functions within a construction and/or manufacturing setting . The candidate will assist in the evaluation and scope of work to be performed on projects.

• Minimum of 6 months of mechanical experience, graduated from a technical/mechanical program, or at least 6 months of experience performing project coordination functions within a construction and/or manufacturing setting
• Basic blueprint reading skills, shipyard experience, and/or familiarity with USCG and ABS rules/regulations are a plus

• Basic computer experience utilizing MS Office applications (i.e. MS Word and MS Excel) etc.
• The ability to communicate effectively with customers, managers, outside representatives and subcontractors

• Communicating the needed repairs with both internal and external customers
• Aiding in the estimations of quotes
• Survey projects and proposals
