As a Climate Remediation Rental Manager, you will oversee rental operations and management of climate remediation equipment.

• Rental Operations Management:
  Oversee day‑to‑day operations, coordinate client scheduling, manage inventory, coordinate deliveries and pickups.
• Customer Support:
  Provide technical support, troubleshoot equipment issues, guide clients, resolve inquiries promptly.
• Inventory Management:
  Maintain accurate inventory records, track availability, conduct inspections, collaborate with procurement and logistics.
• Billing and Payments:
  Manage billing, prepare invoices, track payments, resolve discrepancies.
• Compliance and Reporting:
  Ensure compliance with policies, safety guidelines, maintain records, generate reports.
• Relationship Management:
  Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, internal stakeholders.
• Equipment Maintenance and Repair:
  Schedule maintenance, coordinate repairs with vendors or technicians.
• Training and Development:
  Stay updated on latest developments, provide training on operation, safety protocols.

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Responsible for staff training and development, coaching, prioritizing projects, P&L management.
• Manage entire P&L of the business.
• Technical aptitude to understand and troubleshoot climate remediation equipment.

• Proven experience in rental operations or equipment management, preferably in climate remediation or environmental industry.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations, safety guidelines, best practices related to climate remediation equipment.
• Proficient in rental management software, inventory management tools, Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and in a team‑oriented environment.
• Driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.

Pay Range: $65k – $75k.
