Retail Sales Associate - 3274 at First Cash
. Full-time retail sales position in our pawn store locations nationwide. A Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate greets, engages with customers, and processes sales, loans, and other transactions.

We are currently looking for the right full-time Retail Sales Associate to join our team.

• Pay: $10.00 to $13.00 per hour with an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction you process. Our associates can earn unlimited commission above hourly base rate.

• Work Hours: Most stores open 9AM–6PM; many stores are closed on Sundays.
• Earned Wage Access: Available to all employees on the second day of employment (withdraw up to 50% of wages earned up to seven times per payroll cycle).
• Vacation and Sick Time: Paid vacation after six months (1 week), after one year (2 weeks), with additional accruals thereafter; sick/personal time accruals as described by policy.
• Other: Employee discounts on start of active employment; tuition reimbursement up to $2,000 per year for full-time employees; access to discounts and 401k after six months; pet insurance program.

• Greet and interact with customers to develop rapport and provide financial solutions.
• Perform sales and loan transactions in accordance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a clean, stocked sales floor and proper merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items per procedures.
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries and problem resolution.
• Communicate clearly with customers and coworkers; contribute to a positive customer experience.
• Complete required training and support store operations as needed.

• Minimum Age: 18 years old;
  High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds; ability to stand, stoop, walk, and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified (as required by location).
• Flexibility to work at multiple locations and a retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literacy; ability to operate POS systems and common office equipment.
• Strong desire to work with people and be team-oriented; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; basic math skills.

The commission incentive plan is proprietary to First Cash. Pawnbrokers have the potential to earn 2–8% commission based on personal performance. Details provided during the interview.
