As a Field Merchandiser, you’ll work independently to showcase organization and time‑management skills, establish retailer relationships, and represent Hallmark front‑of‑store. You’ll collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support seasonal resets and installations as needed.

• Your starting pay will be $12.50 to $14.50 per hour depending on your skills and experience.
• This is a part‑time position with a variable schedule during the work week.
• Average weekly hours are between 10 – 13 hours.
• Availability the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends, is required.

You will perform service work in the Hallmark department of various retail stores (grocery, drug, department, mass retailers). The role consists of three components:

• Day‑to‑day engagement:
  Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark inventory. Use the mobile device to report time, provide feedback, and complete required merchandising surveys. Interact professionally with store employees, management, and customers.
• Holiday support:
  During seasonal peaks (Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas), you may work additional days and extended hours, including weekends.
• Department resets:
  Assist team with installations, fixture relocations, and card section resets. You’ll receive two weeks’ notice for remodel assignments, which may involve evenings or weekends.

As part of Hallmark’s field organization, you are part of a network of merchandisers who support one another as needed.

Being physically active: consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons and display fixtures up to 30 pounds (up to 50 pounds on occasion). Kneel, squat, walk, stand, and climb stairs or step ladders as required.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Read, write, and understand English.
• Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Operate a digital handheld device and interpret data.
• Have Wi‑Fi and internet access.
• Have reliable transportation to travel to assigned stores on a scheduled basis.
