RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Approach, greet, and offer assistance or directions to customers entering the dealership showroom or sales lot.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
• Describe all optional equipment available for purchase.
• Build strong rapport with customers.
• Perform professional and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of vehicles.
• Overcome objections, close sales, and follow the sales process in accordance with company standards.
• Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, activities, reviews, and analyses.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous dealership experience is a plus
• Comfortable with commission-based compensation
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday
• Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially when handling objections & negotiations
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willing to submit to a background check
